As a Founding Associate, you will own the supply and foundational scheduling backbone of SwamiSeva, entering at the ground floor of a fast-growing faith-tech startup and working directly with the leadership team. This role sits at the intersection of cultural tradition and operational coordination; you will scale our network of trusted temples and priests, and manage the precise booking lifecycle that ensures rituals are executed with absolute spiritual precision and perfect timing. Responsibilities

  • Build the Partner Network: Formulate and execute strategies to identify, vet, and onboard highly respected Vedic priests (pujaris) and historic temples onto the platform.
  • High-Trust Relationship Management: Act as the face of SwamiSeva to spiritual leaders and temple administrations. Pitch our vision, establish mutual trust, and align them with our platform standards.
  • Standardize Profiles: Curate rich, respectful digital profiles for our partners, ensuring their lineages (parampara), specializations, and authentic rituals are beautifully represented.
  • End-to-End Coordination: Own the lifecycle of a devotee’s booking. Match and assign the right priest to the requested ritual, confirm precise muhurthams (auspicious timings), and ensure all ritual prerequisites are flawlessly aligned before the event.
  • Calendar & Capacity Management: Manage the availability schedules of onboarded priests and temples, especially during high-demand festival days or powerful planetary alignments.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously find ways to streamline priest communication, minimize scheduling conflicts, and build a highly responsive network that respects the sacred nature of the service.

Requirements

  • Deep Religious & Cultural Understanding: An intrinsic, respectful understanding of Vedic culture, Sanatana Dharma, Hindu rituals, temple etiquettes, and the significance of the spiritual calendar (tithis, festivals, auspicious times). This is non-negotiable.
  • Founder Mindset: Radical accountability; you solve problems as they arise rather than waiting for instructions. Comfortable with ambiguity and thrives on building systems from scratch.
  • Multilingual Mastery: Fluent in English and highly proficient/fluent in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada, to build deep, authentic relationships with regional priests.
  • Execution Grit: 1–3 years of experience in relationship management, vendor operations, or community building (ideally in a startup environment). Outstanding 2026 graduates with exceptional maturity and cultural alignment will also be considered.
  • Tech-Fluent: Highly comfortable managing workflows via Google Workspace/Excel, WhatsApp Business, and internal dashboards.
