Senior Java Developer

In this high-impact role, you will work on enterprise-level applications that process high-volume transactions, engaged as a freelancer or contractor through PSGL working directly with our end client. Responsibilities

• Enterprise Development: Architect, develop, and maintain high-volume, mission-critical enterprise applications using Java.
• Integration & Architecture: Solve complex data and system integration challenges to ensure smooth application performance.
• Full-Stack Collaboration: Bridge backend logic with frontend requirements, working closely with cross-functional teams.
• Independent Execution: Take ownership of modules end-to-end, utilizing advanced concurrency and multithreading principles to handle scale.

Requirements

• Core Experience: 7+ years of professional Java development experience specifically working on enterprise-level applications.
• Framework Mastery: Strong hands-on skills with the Spring Framework, including Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring WebMVC, and deep familiarity with Spring annotations.
• Concurrency: Advanced expertise in Java concurrency and multithreading.
• Frontend Exposure: Working knowledge or exposure to ReactJS and jQuery UI.
• DevOps & Tools: Hands-on experience with Tomcat, Docker, Maven, GitLab/GitHub, Swagger, and OpenAPI.
• Soft Skills: Strong professional communication skills and the proven ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid ecosystem.

Nice to have

• Experience with Apache Camel or specialized data integration frameworks.
